The 3rd Climate Change March

The 3rd Climate Change March

On the 27th of September (Last Day of School for Term 3) I went to the 3rd Climate Change March [with my family]. I really wanted to go because I was sick on the day Te Waka Ako went. I had a real fun time protesting for the kids of the world and to stop people using fossil fuels. I had made a sign in the morning and it said.
"There is no World if There is no Change" I made the quote up my self. It was a bit funny because some of the signs said
"#%$@ Mike Hosking." or "Mike Hosking is a $%!#."
Now that's a bit rude. The Climate Change March started at 12pm and we left for the city at like 10:30am.

When we got there I was exited. There was a band playing. There was also a couple of MCs and there was a kid who talked about that she should be at school and that the adults aren't doing anything. Here is the thing adults in their 40's and 50's will witness the affects to. The march was about 2-3 hours. I got to hold a banner with my Mum and Dad. Me my Mum and Dad were in the middle of the crowd. At the end I was a bit bored but most of the time I had fun. Since I missed school I should probably tell you what Te Waka Ako did. They went on a beach clean at Waikowhai Bay. Here's a photo.

So see ya Blogger
