Summer learning Journey Week one day two

Hi guys welcome to this blog post. This post is thanks to the the Summer Learning Journey

Activity 1:)

On this activity we had to, tell you whether I  would like to go and visit Tāne Mahuta one day. Tell you why you do (or do not) want to visit this endemic tree.

Yes I would like to visit Tāne Mahuta because, it would be amazing to look up at how high it is. Also because I can have it as a memory.

Activity 2:)

On this activity I had to list three sports teams that have the word ‘fern’ in their title. Beside each team’s name, post a picture of their uniform.

1: Silver ferns, Netball, Girls

2: Black ferns, Rugby, Girls

3: White ferns, Cricket, Girls

My favourite is the Black ferns because it says how women can do it as well as men.

Activity 3:)

On this activity we had to figure out how many mililtres it would take to keep a cactus alive for one year. I know it takes 3mls a day to water a cactus.
So, if I multiply 3mls x 365 days which is how many days in a year, then the answer will be 1095ml.
